This project involved the full interior renovation of a four-bedroom, three-bathroom single family residence. The scope including modernizing the living room, building a new fireplace and chimney, upgrading the kitchen and bathrooms as well as finishes throughout the home. New additions included a vespa garage/shed and outdoor boxing/workout area.

Project Scope:
• Demolition & preparation: Removal of cabinetry, bathroom finishes, all doors and furnishings.
• Flooring: Restoration of the hardwood flooring that was painted over throughout the house. New marble tile in bathrooms.
• Kitchen Renovation: Complete redesign with custom cabinetry, marble countertops and backsplash along with new energy efficient lighting and appliances.
• Bathrooms: Complete gut renovation of three bathrooms, including new tile work, vanities, lighting and modern fixtures
• Bedrooms: Refreshed interiors with new closet systems, updated lighting and limewash paint finishes.
• Living & Dining: Open-concept adjustments with new recessed lighting, upgraded electrical and high-end paint finishes.
• Interior Doors and Trims: Replacement of all interior doors, baseboards, and moldings to enhance overall aesthetics. Incorporated sliding barn doors to certain rooms as part design concept
